Orgasm, stressing the body in various ways, has been known to produce some terrible result. Doctors say - "During orgasm some persons may lose consciousness for seconds or even for some minutes". Doctors also observe more than a dozen authorities - from Dimson (1878) to Makalay (1952) - who recorded "loss of mind or even of consciousness during extreme emotion or sexual awakening ". And orgasm has been known to accompany a variety of forms of injury to the body including lesions and tears up of various organs. Even death has also occurred from time to time!!!
Latest to respond to orgasm
Doctors also went to some lengths to clear up the "age at first response to orgasm." We have already indicated the youngest orgasms for both girls and boys. But there are a lot of women who reached the age of late forties without experiencing orgasm. Especially, doctors note three women who had not reached their first orgasm until they were between 48 and 50 years of age. It should be stressed however that lack of orgasm doesn’t mean the lack of sexual response, and that a very satisfying sex-life can co-exist with lack of orgasm.
